Thanks for shopping at TreeHouse.  We are grateful you’ve found the products we have curated suitable for you, your family, and your environment.

 

Online Return Policy

Purchases online can be returned within 30 days of shipment for any reason.  Please see the Return Material (s) Authorization (RMA) procedure below.  Please note the following:
  • Items that arrive damaged or if there is a shortage must be reported within 5 business days of delivery via phone or e-mail 512.861.0712 or email (shop@treehouseonline.com).
  • Shipping and Delivery charges are not refundable.
  • Shipment of material back to TreeHouse is not covered by TreeHouse if the mistake is not ours.

In-Store Return Policy

Purchases returned within 90 days with a valid sales receipt will be exchanged, or refunded via the original method of payment.  Please note the following:
  • Purchases made with store credit or gift cards will be refunded as store credit.  Store credit cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.
  • Items returned without a receipt will only be eligible for store credit.
  • Special Order returns are subject to a 20% restock fee. 
  • Cash purchases exceeding $500 will be refunded via a check that will be mailed and may take up to 10 business days to process.
  • TreeHouse reserves the right to refuse to accept the return of merchandise at any time for any reason.

For both in-store and online, returns are not available on the following products:

  • All installed materials, solar panels, HVAC systems, custom windows & doors, living goods, Holiday goods (such as Christmas Trees, Poinsettias, ornaments and Christmas lights), Books/Periodicals, and any store tinted paint or stain.
  • TreeHouse Gift Cards are not returnable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash (unless required by law).
